About the project

The LEGO Group is one of the most loved brands internationally, with factories, retail locations, and office spaces around the world. We have had an ongoing collaboration with their Workplace Experience team since 2020, helping them communicate their strategy to teams and stakeholders across the company.

We adopted and extended The LEGO Group’s design language and applied it to a wide range of internal communications, imbuing them with the playful energy that is at the heart of The LEGO Group’s brand.

Note: Much of our work for the LEGO Group is done under a non-disclosure agreement. The information in some of these examples had to be obfuscated.

Beyond eye-catching design, the Workplace Experience team at The LEGO Group commissioned us to understand problems at a strategic level, offer high-level recommendations, and then help to synthesise the results into engaging, accessible documents for distribution organisation-wide.

Planning with people in mind

As with most projects we work on, real-life user experience mapping was essential for producing strategies and recommendations that would serve the right people. From stakeholder interviews to finalised initiatives, we helped to map and illustrate hundreds of user journeys focussing on the realistic experiences colleagues would have, and optimising them for best results.

Once complex strategies have been finalised, rich and immersive visualisations help to communicating future ambition. Our talented visualisers and illustrators produced imagery that is both engrossing and in-keeping with the brand identity.
